In support of Balikatan 2013 Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. Army engineers build the supports for the reconstruction of the Barangay Tapuac footbridge, Zambales province, Republic of the Philippines, March 23, 2013. Balikatan is an annual Republic of the Philippines-U.S. military bilateral training exercise and humanitarian assistance engagement.
