INDIANAPOLIS – Brig. Gen. Patricia Wallace, deputy commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve’s 88th Readiness Division, speaks at the annual memorial ceremony for President Benjamin Harrison on Aug. 17 at his presidential gravesite at Crown Hill Cemetery.
On behalf of the President of the United States, the U.S. Army Reserve conducts memorializations and wreath-layings for past presidents across the U.S. in their home towns.
