Summary

Industry representatives visit the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, 4th Battalion, 27th Field Artillery Regiment motor pool at Fort Bliss, Texas, during the Army's first Industry Day in September 2011 to discuss the battalion's role in the NIEs and what vehicles and artillery the unit possesses. This provided industry the opportunity to see the equipment and environment their systems would be integrated in if they are selected to participate in a future NIE.
