Interpretive Marker at the East Overlook - Pea Ridge National Military Park

Pea Ridge National Military Park. This Mission 66-era overlook is one of eleven interpretive sites along the seven mile self-guided tour road that winds through the park. The markers provide details on significant locations and events within the landscape.

The East Overlook is Tour Stop #6, offering a vista of the rocky ground where the remainder of McCulloch's Division convened to form a defensive line on March 8, 1862.
