Iraqi Air Force members service an engine of a C-130J Super Hercules during an inspection at the Baghdad Diplomacy Support Center, Iraq, Aug. 4, 2019. Air advisors from the 770th Air Expeditionary Advisory Squadron and Iraqi Air Force members, preformed a mandatory preventative maintenance inspections on a C-130J Super Hercules known as a C2 Check. The checks are performed every 72 months to ensure the aircraft maintains flight worthiness. Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve advisors, including Americans and more than a dozen other nationalities, are in Iraq to support the Iraqi security forces at the request of the Government of Iraq, fully respecting Iraq’s sovereignty.
