JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (August 16, 2019) – Hospitalman Brett Retton (right), of Naval Hospital Jacksonville's Intensive Care Unit, reviews respiratory exams with Hospitalman Kayla Quinteros as part of her Hospital Corpsman Personnel Qualification Standard (PQS). Retton, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, says, "The PQS program outlines the knowledge, skills, and abilities that individuals must demonstrate before performing specific duties.
