Jennifer Smith, with the U.S. Army Reserve Command Continuous Process Improvement Office, recalls working with Andrew T. Brown during a Remembrance Service in Brown's honor at the U.S. Army Forces Command and U.S. Army Reserve Command headquarters Feb. 19, 2015, at Fort Bragg, N.C. Brown, 28, previously worked at FORSCOM and was working at USARC at the time of his death.
