Summary

In this image John Allen Park (fourth from right) poses with other men on a wooden boardwalk. Park (1863-1932) was born in Illinois to William and Belinda (Knight) Park, who moved to Seattle around 1900 with William's mother, Margaret (Allen) Park, and their daughter Jean. John and his wife, Edith (Beam) Park (1868-1958), granddaughter of Whidby Island pioneer Isaac Neff Ebey, lived near San Francisco, California, from around 1900-1930. These portraits may have been taken while John and Edith were in Seattle to visit family.
Another MOHAI photo (SHS12746) identifies John Allan Park with extended family members.
