Exact date unknown. Johnson family in front of the Johnson family home, which was also to become the birthplace of Lyndon B. Johnson. Sam Ealy Johnson, Sr., the only grandfather Lyndon B. Johnson ever knew, stands at center. To his right is his wife, Eliza Bunton Johnson and her mother, Priscilla Jane McIntosh Bunton. Today you can visit Grandpa Johnson's 1860s cabin in the Johnson Settlement in the Johnson City district of the park.
