Esper, visits with U.S. Army soldiers who are currently deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan as part of the Kabul Security Force, including soldiers with 5th Battalion, 1st Security Force Assistance Brigade, and 1st Squadron, 180th Cavalry Regiment, 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Oklahoma Army National Guard, at New Kabul Compound in Kabul, Afghanistan, June 22, 2018.
