KABUL, Afghanistan (June 24, 2017) – Maj. Gen. Richard Kaiser, U.S. Army, Commanding General of Combined Security Transition Command – Afghanistan, an integral part of NATO's Resolute Support mission, along with the First Deputy Minister of Interior, Lt.
