Sesnon, Vice-Presidentof the San Francisco Chamber of Commerceand a member of the Worlds Fair Commis-sion appointed by President Taft to visit thecourts of Europe, returned last month aftera very successful sojourn on the Continent.He speaks most enthusiastically of conditions Commander David Foote Sellers, a very dis-tinguished officer, to act as naval aide toPresident Moore. Commander Sellers is onthe ground and has already assumed hisduties. President Moore has made the followingappointments: Jules Guerin, Director of 97
