ARLINGTON, Va. (Nov. 11, 2016) Capt. Ken Collins, commanding officer of the U.S. Navy Band, conducts the ceremonial band as they perform during the National Veterans Day Observance at Arlington National Cemetery. The U.S. Navy Ceremonial band and Sea Chanters chorus participated in the national observance at the Memorial Amphitheatre at Arlington National Cemetery honoring the men and women who have served and continue to serve in the U.S. armed forces during war and peacetime.
