Kimberly Bowen, Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC) Coordinator/Emergency Case Manager at Fleet and Family Support Center, discusses the steps of setting up an EFAC. NSA Hampton Roads-Northwest Annex held an EFAC Tabletop Exercise on April 24 as part of the HURREX /CITADEL GALE 2019 Exercise. This annual exercise conducted by U.S. Fleet Forces Command and Commander, Navy Installations Command prepares the Navy to respond to adverse weather conditions in U.S. coastal regions and maintain the ability to deploy forces under the most severe weather conditions.
