Barr, TAMC outgoing commander, members of the official party during a change of command ceremony, on July 10, conduct the ceremonial passing of the colors at the hospital's main entrance to signify the transfer of command authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander. With the transfer of colors, the hospital's legacy is passed as a building block for future achievement. With the transfer of the colors, goes the transfer of responsibility for the accomplishments of the unit and the welfare of its soldiers and their families. Now as the 55th commander of Tripler Army Medical Center, Krueger completed her first action in command during the ceremonial passing of the colors as she passed the colors to Command Sgt. Maj.
