Lance Cpl. Conrad Marcoff, a forecaster for the Meteorology and Oceanography section of Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, studies pressure systems to track the weather, July 13, 2015. Marcoff, a Cornelius, Ore., native, uses computer analysis in addition to taking manual observations to determine weather patterns.
