Lance Cpl. John H. Fulton, administrative clerk, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit Command Element, assists in assembling tents for a Command Operations Center during Command Post Exercise II at Camp Pendleton, Nov. 28. Command Post Exercise II focused on the unit’s ability to stand up an entire COC quickly in the event the MEU is called to shore.
