Lance Cpl. Nathan Neville, an Atlanta, Georgia, native, and his dog, Zak, take a break from running through scenarios Aug. 7 at the Central Training Area, Okinawa, Japan. Military working dog handlers executed explosives and narcotics detection, patrolling and bite work training throughout the day. Full protective gear was required while clearing buildings and patrolling sections of road with hidden narcotics and explosives.
