Latvian Soldier’s conduct a patrol demonstration and live-fire exercise for observers during the 1st Latvian Battalion (LATBAT) Infantry birthday celebration at Camp Adazi, Latvia, July 9. The LATBAT was established April 30, 1992 and the days events included a live-fire demonstration conducted by Latvian infantry Soldiers and static displays. Latvian Army Soldiers along with Soldiers from 173rd Airborne Brigade are deployed throughout Latvia in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve, an ongoing multinational partnership focused on joint training and security cooperation between the U.S. and other NATO allies.  (U.S. Army Photo by Capt.
