Leaders of the 107th Attack Wing of the New York Air National Guard wait to greet Major Gen. Raymond Shields, commander of the New York Army National Gaurd, as he arrives at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Statrion, Niagara Falls, N.Y. on Oct. 2, 2017 to see off Soldiers heading to Fort Bliss, Texas to prepare for a Ukraine training mission.Two hundred and twenty Soldiers from the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, will be part of the Joint Multinational Training Group- Ukraine, based at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center, near Yavoriv, Ukraine.
