Summary
Elizur Wright Jr. writes to Amos A. Phelps regarding James A. Thome chosen to cooperate with Phelps for a while in the agency. He writes, "it is doubtful that he will accept his appointment in full, but he has enjoyed so far as conscious your operations in Philadelphia & Boston. He will return to Boston and attend the Anniversaries there."
