Letter from Elizur Wright, New York, to Amos Augustus Phelps, 1835 Sept[ember] 16

Elizur Wright Jr. writes to Amos A. Phelps about a copy of the Treasury Report. He gives Phelps a copy so he can see the condition of "our finances." He discusses their need for more money, and hopes things improve with the "approaching Convention." He asks Phelps about the result of the "call" and believes it is "very satisfactory indeed." He also writes about the Quarterly that just came out.
