Summary
Frederick Charles Banks, Secretary of the National Association for the Repeal of the Contagious Diseases Acts, writes this letter to invite supporters to attend a "Private Conference of friends of the movement" to be held in London on June 29th. Banks states that members of Parliament are expected to attend and so will William Lloyd Garrison, "who is now in England .. [and] his presence amongst those who are earnestly seeking to overthrow a horrible system of 'White Slavery in Europe' will be warmly appreciated".
