Local Army Reserve soldiers from the 316th Expeditionary Sustainment Command took time to spread holiday cheer to those who had served before them. Soldiers visited H.J. Heinz III Veterans Administration Progressive Care Center, handing out gift bags, Christmas cards made by local elementary students, T-shirts and hats to local veterans Dec. 16.
