Local residents and clinic staff celebrate the opening of the Muhtarek Clinic in Manbij, Syria, Oct. 18, 2018. The opening ceremony brought together medical staff, Manbij Military Council members (MMC), coalition advisors, Civil Administration of Manbij members and local residents to celebrate the opening of the new clinic.
