A sign by the door states that dinners are served daily except Sunday and suppers are served Monday to Friday, between 5:45pm and 7:30pm. The blackboard beside the entrance states the date, and that hot and cold lunches are available at a minimum of 1/ (for two courses). Three courses cost 1/ 3, bread can be bought for 1/2d, tea for 1 1/2d and coffee for 2d.
