Summary

Lt. Cmdr. David D. Dinkins, chaplain, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, hands donated books to Petty Officer 1st Class Edward J. DeBaun, religious programs specialist, 15th MEU, during a book drive at Aviara Oaks Elementary School in Carlsbad, Calif., June 12. The MEU collected books from parents, students and teachers in the local community to give to children of foreign nations when the unit deploys later this year. Dinkins, 46, is from Fort Worth, Texas, and DeBaun, 34, is from Valley Springs, Calif.
