Matthew Reed, assigned to the 25th Naval Construction Regiment (25th NCR), says goodbye to his daughter at the Training Hall at the Naval Construction Battalion Center before departing for deployment. 25th-NCR is deploying to the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
