Lt. Col. Reginald E. Williams Jr., commander 3rd Battalion 362 Infantry Regiment, 5th Armored Brigade, 1st Army Division West, administered the oath of enlistment to seven future Soldiers atop Coronado Tower in El Paso, Tx.
