Lt. Col. Sherri Hrovatin, 104th Force Support Squadron Commander, administers the oath of office to 2nd Lt. Heather Dragon, 104 FSS officer, virtually Aug. 20, 2020, at Barnes Air National Guard Base, Massachusetts. Typically Hrovatin would have flown to the Total Force Officer Training at Maxwell Air Force Base to administer the oath of office in person, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the ceremony was done virtually.
