Lt. Col. Stephanie D. King observes fresh fruits and pastries scheduled for distribution to Marines at Tacloban Airfield Nov. 22 during Operation Damayan. The fruits and pastries were provided by Defense Logistics Agency Pacific, and approximately 2,700 pounds were delivered. The shipment of fruits and pastries arrived at Villamor Air Base and was flown to Tacloban for the Marines providing support to the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Government of the Philippines after the island nation was struck by Typhoon Haiyan Nov. 7.
