Lt. Col. Wilson Shoffner, a Lawton, Okla., native, who serves as the commander of the 2nd Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, currently attached to 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division — Baghdad, presents a certificate to a member of a Concerned Local Citizens group during a ceremony at Combat Outpost War Eagle, Feb. 6.
