Lt. Gen. Eric E. Fiel, Air Force Special Operations Command commander, awarded Silver Star medals to Master Sgt. Delorean M. Sheridan and Staff Sgt. Christopher G. Baradat and a Purple Heart medal to Tech. Sgt. Jeremy C. Whiddon, Jan. 10, 2014, at Pope Army Airfield, Fort Bragg, N.C.
