Gregory Capra, a physician assigned to the Naval Medical Center San Diego otolaryngology department, a branch of medicine and surgery that specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose, throat, and head and neck disorders, examines patient Jeanne Doliben Bogard.
