Jesse Izdepski, right, the security officer of the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), listens to a local New Orleans band as they play "The Saints Go Marching In" following his promotion to the rank of lieutenant in Jackson Square. Kearsarge is visiting New Orleans for Navy Week.
