LTC Roy Dank, a Trauma Surgeon and SPC Laken Pierceall, a Combat medic Specialist from the 139th Medical Brigade in Missouri assist a Guatemalan surgeon during a Medical Readiness Training Exercise (MEDRETE) at the Zacapa Regional Hospital in Zacapa, Guatemala on March 7 2019.
