Luke Mion of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Regional Rivers Repair Fleet prepares the derrickboat McCauley's deck for the upcoming season of work on the Great Lakes in Cleveland, OH, April 6, 2020. The R3F crew are following all safety and health guidelines as they continue executing Army Corps of Engineers missions without stopping their essential duties.
Work included installation of a new hydraulic winch system. The system will operate three independent winches to raise, lower and act as a backup winch for the spuds.
