(Sep. 30, 2007) Machinists Mate Fireman Curtis Fulton, a member of the Point Loma color guard, presents the flag of Mexico during the Mexican national anthem while Culinary Specialist 2nd Class Quadir Felton and Seaman Apprentice Francine Raimondi stand at attention during the 44th Annual Cabrillo Festival. The festival was held on Naval Base Point Loma, near Ballast Point, which is believed to be the actual landing place of Juan Cabrillo, an explorer who led the first European expedition to explore the west coast of the United States in 1542.
