Maj. David Nelson, battalion operations officer for 1st Battalion (Airborne), 501st Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, signs the memorandum of agreement for the training objectives of Exercise North Wind 2015 at Yausubetsu Training Area, Hokkaido, Japan, Feb. 9, 2015.
