Maj. Gen John O’Connor, middle front, commander of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, Maj. Gen. Hans Erich Antoni, left, commander of the Bundeswehr Logistics Command, and Command Sgt. Maj. Rodney Rhoades, 21st TSC senior enlisted adviser, along with their respective staffs, salute the colors during the playing of the German and American national anthems March 5 on Panzer Kaserne.
