Maritime Raid Force sailors and Marines on the amphibious transport dock ship USS New Orleans (LPD 18) train jointly with Cambodian MRF members in a 7-meter rigid hull inflatable boat off the coast of Cambodia. New Orleans, part of Amphibious Squadron 5 and the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group, is part of the Cambodian Marine Exercise (MAREX) 2012. The seven day exercise is between the U.S. and Cambodian forces sharing their expertise related to humanitarian assistance and disaster relief response.
