David Stillwell with Ground Combat Element, Marine Rotational Force - Darwin, instructs Australian Army Engineers on how to set up an anti-personnel obstacle breaching system, APOBS, in order to breach barbwire barriers while conducting bang rushes during Exercise Koolendong at Mount Bundey Training Area, NT, Australia, Sept. 9, 2020.
