TURBO, Colombia (Oct. 10, 2011) Marines assigned to the 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion, Ground Combat Element, unload supplies from an amphibious assault vehicle during an Amphibious-Southern Partnership Station subject matter expert exchange mission. The Marines are embarked aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), which is participating in Southern Partnership Station, an annual deployment of U.S. military training teams to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
