PACIFIC OCEAN (Jun. 19, 2007) Marines from Foxtrot Company, 2nd Battalion, 1st Marines load on to their combat rubber raiding craft (CRRC) in preparation for launch from the stern gate of amphibious transport dock USS Juneau (LPD 10). Juneau is participating in exercise Talisman Saber 07 (TS07) a U.S. and Australian-led Joint Task Force operation preparing our militaries for crisis action planning and execution of contingency operations. TS07 is designed to maintain a high level of interoperability between U.S. and Australian forces, demonstrating the U. S. and Australian commitment to our military alliance and regional security.
