Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Rick West speaks with Sailors from the Electronic Attack Squadron 141 (VAQ-141), the "Shadowhawks," during his tour of Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. The Sailors had just returned from a deployment aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71).
