Medium tactical vehicle replacement

U.S. Navy Equipment Operator 1st Class Perry Dwayne Tiatano, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, guides a medium tactical vehicle replacement onto a trailer April 13, 2009, in Helmand province, Afghanistan.
