Members bow their heads for an invocation during a ceremony on Coast Guard Island in Alameda, California, Dec. 7, 2017, attended by Pearl Harbor survivors, World War II veterans and active-duty Coast Guardsmen to pay tribute to the service members who died in the Pearl Harbor attack of 1941.
