Members of a Joint Honor Guard consisting of Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines, prepare to perform a flag folding ceremony during a memorial service hosted by the Missing in America (MIA) Project at the Willamette National Cemetery in Happy Valley, Oregon, on Aug. 29, 2018.
