(Oct. 28, 2007) Members of Marine Wing Support Squadron 373, stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, assist the firefighting efforts as part of a federal support package used to assist federal, state and local agencies responding to the California wildfires. The 373rd's skills and heavy equipment are used to build firebreaks and access roads into the Poomacha Fire and around the Palomar Mountain observatory.
