Members of the Afghan National Police listen while the Provincial Chief of Police, Dawlat Khan, speaks at the first law enforcement conference in Paktika province, June 9. During this conference, Khan addressed the Afghan Local Police, and the District Chiefs of Police within Paktika province. The goal of this conference was to inform the different levels of law enforcement of the tasks and responsibilities of the ALP within their villages.
